We will do our best to accommodate same day door to door delivery when there is equipment down emergency situation. Third-party Inspection Capabilities:Upon request and for a nominal fee, We can verify and ensure the highest quality products to our customers. A comprehensive due diligence inspection program is available for all products prior to delivery, incoming inspection methods are based upon customer specified requirements and quality standards.
Warranties & Returns:We warrants form fit and function of our product for a minimum 60 days against specifications and requirements of original components manufacturers from the date of receipt. In case of damaged or defective parts a customer should submit a claim. Returning product is easy, submit your RMA request with official test report or pictures in case of damage within the warranty period and we will credit or replace the items. When a claim is accepted we offer ground reshipment of products at our expense. Payment Terms:Due to the variety of customers we serve we analyze each customer account to determine mutually agreeable terms. Credit terms may be extended, credit cards accepted, escrow, COD, bank wire deposits or full prepayment. To apply for credit terms you must submit banking and three credit references. |
